Highlights:

- $DLLR has effectively held peg since the last SIP modification to Zero
- John Light gave some insights into upcoming releases for $DLLR
- A suggestion to lower the redemption fee to .75% was raised, and due to consensus not being reached, the plan is to wait another 2 weeks or until the implimentations of $DLLR in leveraged trading and the redemption mechanism in Zero are complete.

Action items: Continuing to observe the stability of the peg until the aforementioned releases are complete.
