Bitcoin OS - Pre Sales Snapshot

I firmly support a BOS token distribution exclusively to Sovryn stakers and the treasury, ensuring that only those who have actively participated in and contributed to the Sovryn bitocracy receive their rightful share. This distribution must be weighted and must be based on a snapshot taken of all stakers and their stake in the Sovryn bitocracy as of March 3, 2025, the BOS pre-sale date.

While SIP-0085 proposed allocating only 80% of the BOS tokens to Sovryn stakers, I believe that 100% of the BOS token supply should go to stakers and the treasury, as they are the ones who have upheld and strengthened the Sovryn ecosystem. The treasury allocation dilutes the fair reward that should be distributed to those who have actively staked and governed Sovryn. (Especially the ones who did NOT capitulate after SIP-0085 and CC #68)

Additionally, while I support fair and unrestricted access to BOS for stakers, I also recognize the importance of vesting periods to prevent pump-and-dump scenarios. A well-structured vesting schedule can help stabilize the market and ensure that BOS remains a valuable and sustainable asset for the long term.

Although the vote on SIP-0085 has already taken place, I believe this topic needs to be revisited, and clear agreements must be made regarding the distribution. A fair, transparent, and well-structured distribution plan will ensure that BOS benefits the Sovryn community and remains aligned with its core principles.

In crypto it is always ALL OR NOTHING…

What about a sliding scale of vesting… immediately 20% and then 20% per year for 5 years?

Tokenomics> Token Allocations

" 4 & 5 year vesting period (Including Sovryn’s 10%…)"

I was under the impression that you were on both Sovryn and BOS team.

I dont mind if its 80% or less the most important thing is short vesting time. I suggest weekly unlock for BOS distribution on SOV dont take tpo much vesting time

Lets be real vesting time more important than allocation, many token lost its value over time so long vesting time = no value

BOS team said vesting time is up to sovryn not up to them, so they just give the allocation to sov amd the rest up to them, we must fight for no vesting at all for sovryn community

May I ask why everyone is so against a vesting period… A neutral question I am genuinely interested in the thinking process here…

because they don’t want to be the exit liquidity again.

Does this answer mean you think Sovryn is a scam?

Given the fact that you think in terms of exit liquidity?

Or can you offer a more in-depth explanation than this?

Claiming to be better. Checked.
Lossing value over long time. Checked.
No adopation over time. Checked.
Keeps mis presenting. Checked.
Founders and teams left to another project. Checked. I see no difference.
Things dont have to scam to be shit project.

Thanks for the elaboration… It gives me a better understanding of how the community members think about SOV.

I seem to be the only non-team member that still believes in this project. But OK that can also be naive of me.

I’d like to see a 50-50 split between stakers and the treasury. The project must have money to move forward to have the chance to shot on bullet more. By the way, how many stakes are currently between 500 and 1,000?

Additionally, I’d like to see Yago or someone from the team—or to bring in someone external to lead this ship into new waters. If the new token standard is as great as it’s being presented, there must be a way to create wealth in this unexplored world.

I have been giving this a lot of thought over the last few weeks watching BoS grow and watching Yago in the media…

I am also of the opinion that the treasury should be made whole. I previously did not hold this view, but time changes minds.

A 50/50 split is not even crazy if the long-term viability of Sovryn is to be considered.

I hope someone with clout would be willing to put this to a SIP: After the CC#69
