Is there any way that Sovryn can benefit from Rootstock’s intended integration with Aave V3 on Rootstock?
The stables borrowed from rBTC must go somewhere, so why not in $SOV and the Sovryn ecosystem?

probably because Yago is marketing his new chain bitcoinOS, which is in direct competition of RSK over users & he he has already put FUD stignma on RSK (but to be fair he did the same FUD on SOV, maybe hes in direct competition with SOV now too)
most likley Sovryn wont see any steps towards RSK, if communit wants it we wont get more than effortless time wasting efforts by Yago to appease the crowds
