It will have an effect on runway (likely extending it) via contributor compensation but Exchequer is not relying on this as SOV is highly volatile.

As it is written now, it is more acceptable. Extending the runway and development is obviously critical.
My remaining concern is: If those unlocked SOV are sold rapidly, it will definitely have a catastrophic impact on the already depressingly low token price. I am sure exchequer is very aware of this and will sell in an opportunistic way if needed, but it will still need to be absorbed by a weak market.
Since there is no “abstain” option, I will therefore sit out this vote.
