Where did Sovryn Dapp Bridge send my tokens?

I used the Sovryn dapp to convert eSOV in my Liquality wallet into SOV, but after nearly 24 hours, I’ve yet to receive the SOV tokens. I opened up a ticket on freshdesk, but I’m wondering what’s going on.
