Connecting to Portis Wallet

I have rBTC in my Portis wallet but whenever I try to link my Portis wallet to buy SOV I get timed out. I can connect my wallet through other pages of the website, such as the staking page and the portfolio page, but that doesn’t do me any good.

Am I doing something wrong or is there just too much traffic?

Hi, I have connected and sent BTC from my Portis wallet to SOV. My Portis balance reflects the transfer but my SOB account shows no funds. Please advise.
