SOV withdrawal not possible - bug?

I wanted to withdraw my vested SOV but the transaction always fails. In a banner, it says “You have 34 LM SOV rewards vested stakes that you need to withdraw before claiming more”. I guess this is the reason why I cannot withdraw my SOV? But on the rewards page, there are no rewards under liquidity mining. And yes, I do have enough RBTC in my wallet for the transaction fees. Any ideas what the problem is? I must say that I have not claimed my rewards for a long time and I have one final vesting in about a month.

PS I was trying to chat with a live agent but there is no reply.

I have tried the live chat several times but I did not get a reply. Can anyone give me the step by step solution here or at least a hint?

Ultimately, I was able to solve it with the support/help button on the bottom right. The issue was, that I have not withdrawn my vested SOV for a very long time and thus had to set my max gas limit to 6,800,000. Then it worked. Thanks everyone for this.

The other two posts from Ryan and Regan were likely scams so all, be cautious!
